hiya, i have just got back from the hospital and was told i have a frozen shoulder and artheritus in my neck, hubby was with me and i was told to take it easy and rest my arm. no cooking or washing up, lol hubby is now in the kitchen with my pinny on making slimming world spag bol and honey glazed pork steak with red pepper mash, i could get used to this.the doctor said heat will help so i can see a holiday coming my way..

Pretty drastic way of getting a delicious meal cooked lol !!!!

You take it easy and make sure you let hubby help you as much as possible.
