popped into argos today to get a blender, well i saw those shake a weights...theyre advertised on tv a lot. the box says it proven to be more effective in toning and shaping arms more than normal weights, think i may get one and keep it til im ready

.It says you only need to use it 6 mins a day to see results. This week I've started to use it every morning. I'm hoping my arms turn into arms like the ladies on the demo lol.
