Hi, my name is Julie, I've just started on this meal replacement diet, it's seems the same as the other VLCD diets with a small protein based meal in the evening. I've got tons and tons of weight to lose, is there a support thread anywhere on this site? Only I can't see one :confused:
 
Which meal replacement diet did you start? Not all diets are created equal, and the nutrition content varies greatly- Knowing how your body works and reacts to certain things is very important- typically, if you have 50 lbs or more to lose, you will need to watch your carb intake closely, and avoid empty carbs completely. The carbs you do eat, make sure they are included with fiber, such as fruits and vegetables like strawberries, bananas and celery.
