I've used them in the past and I really like them. With the official LT bottle the cap part flaps about too much. I also think the spiral ball does a better job of mixing too.
Only downside is that you can put ice in like with a blender. But they are cheap, work well and are easier to clean than a blender. You also don't need a separate glass either. Great for work!
