Shakes and soups making me feel sick.

I can't seem to drink any of them now, half way through i feel sick and hate the taste of them all so much, i don't want to come off the diet though cause i still have a lot to lose. What could i do? Maybe i should have just 2 shakes a day and a 200 calorie meal? Help :(
 
no advice other than have chat to your CDC, and feel better soon x
 
To do 200 cal meal you still need 3/4 shakes per day just to get in the essential vitamins and minerals.
First time round I felt the same way. I watered everything down. Now I couldn't do the shakes without loads of crushed ice as well as the water and blended together.
 
Have you tried the tetras or the porridge?

Are you drinking water before you have the shakes? I have a pint before I drink shakes! I have to admit I hated all soups! Bars are yummy when you get them too!!
