When ever Ive missed a shake i dont have 4 the next day. It is very important not to miss the 3 shakes within each 24hrs as it gives you all the nutrients that you need to function, so if you notice you have missed one its ok to get out of bed and have it. This has happened to me a few times so now i get all my shakes for the day and either put them in my handbag if going out or put them near the kettle if staying in that way i dont forget to have them. xx
