Shakes

Sorry to hound you all again but just wanted to ask a quick question about the shakes

Do you make them up with milk or water?
I can just about handle the slimfast shakes with milk in but I bought a cheaper version from ASDA the other week that you make up with water, all I can say is YUCK!!

You make them with water. You dont have milk on a VLCD

altho theyre made with water they still taste like a milkshake....way better than slimfast shakes in my opinion x
