Just updating the list because I have decided to lower my target on this challenge. I have just under 19 weeks to go so that means I would need to lose about 1.5 lb a week every week and right now with 2 stone still to lose I am barely losing 1 lb a week... And as with most diets, if not all, the losses slow down quite a bit the closer we get to goal. It would have been fab to be at goal by the end of this challenge but I accept it is not likely to happen so I am going to change my target to 26 lb in total.
