Before SW I used to use these quite a bit as I'm always making Asian food for the OH. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if there are any syn value to these.
I normally use the Tikka BBQ, Briyani, Haleem, Karahi mixes.

These are normally available in all the Major Superstores in the International food section or any Asian grocier.

If anyone has any info on the syn count for any of these it would be great! They would bring so much more flavor to my SW friendly curries.

they are not on syns on line. Most spices are free but check the contents as some have syns as they contain oil(not high in syns though)
