Shape Yogurts fuller for longer are brillent with night time munchies. At first I did not think they would have an impact but I swear they do... YIPPEE!

I know what you mean. I find them a lot more filling than the Muller Light ones. I also love the Weight Watchers Lemon & Lemon and Lime ones.
