Sheepish weigh in results - Week 6!

I'm sheepish as i have been really down on myself this week....i feel really bloated and uncomfortable and pooing is a definate issue (sorry for tmi)...so i didnt think i would lose...in fact my scales at home showed that i had put on...

Anyway, i've lost another 4lbs this week so that takes me to 39lbs in 6 weeks!

I am very surprised but of course delighted! I've changed stones for the third time already....and i'm 3lbs off my 3 stone target!

Now all i need is some decent tablets to help the bunged up bit, and jobs a good'un!

Been offered the bars now, but decided not to have them! I'm actually enjoying not eating and sticking to the shakes, so i'm going to keep with whats working and maybe try one next time i go....maybe! lol

yay well done liz thats great hope you feel better soon! The bars are really nice maybe you should try a couple maybe have one as a treat once a week?? they dont effect losses so might aswel :) anyways well done on doing so well ive done rubbish this last week i carnt get past 10st 9lbs its driving me crazy lol youve inspired me to keep going though

i have just started taking Psyllim Husk Capsules as they are meant to really help they help with fibre and constipation,

there is a thread about the flakes but i have ready made shakes and bars so got the caps !

I didn't have the bars for about 9 weeks and now I limit myself to 4 a week as I know I'll go crazy if I have more.I do enjoy them though.
