its in the morning hun i just started tomorrow diary cause id made my packed lunch for work id be happy with a couple of pounds :) xxx
 
so i weighed in this morning and ive lost 5lbs - 11lbs now in total :D

3x chubba chupps lollys - I guess this would be about 3pts

ive had the worstest day ever! i had 3 cadburys eclairs and some beef in gravy tonight and i have no idea how many points this was so i have just taken off my bonus points balance for the rest of the week i think i had about 13 left..... onwards and upwards hey!

ended up having a late night snack of cheese, a slice of bread and salad cream.... these past two days have been awful, its been my days off at work sitting in the house with nothing to do.... its been boring and when im bored i eat :( back to work tomorrow so hope fully i get my self back on track!

42g bag wicked pig southern fried chicken flavour - 4pts

Dinner:

Went out for dinner with my other half but didnt point it but didnt eat much at all because i didnt feel to good. a new day tomorrow, a new start.

So tomorrow is the beginning of a new week and also weigh in..... i've had a bad week if I am being honest, snacking on little bits and bobs here and there which probably all haven't made their way into my food diary :( So i am making a commitment right now for Week 4 to be a 100% week! Which isn't going to be easy because im going away with my OH mid week and its my dads 50th on sat but i WILL do this. On the bright side, work just ordered in and brought us mcdonalds breakfast, i declined and went to go and collect it and still managed to resist :D I feel i have proved to myself there is a tiny bit of will power locked away somewhere :D I'll let you know how i get on at weigh in tomorrow.....

weighed in this morning lost 1lb this week, am not over the moon withmyself because i know i could have done better...... new week new start though..... onwards and upwards xx
 
sorry ive been quiet the last couple of days - i found 2 days ago that im pregnant :D me and bf very very happy but obviously cant continue with weight watchers :( was doing good too.... will defo be back on it to lose my baby weight.... will still be on to check up on how you guys are all doing though! xx
