Oh wow, big huge congrats to you. That is lovely news. Dont pressure yourself hun. You can still healthy eat. Another girl on here, Mitten, lost about 4 stone, was trying to get preggers, did, and I keep in email with her, and even at 30 weeks, she says she is still 2 stone lighter than her heaviest weight, so it can be done.

Take it easy, and dont forget there is a pregnancy thread here too!!

So........ im back i had my baby in october, a beautiful little girl called Isabel and im ready to start WW again, signed up online last night, wish me luck xxx

Start weight is 16st 4lbs :(

So i was really Naughty and weighed myself this morning and IVE LOST 4lbs - now 16st - Im not even sure how this is possible with the amount of food i am eating! EXCITED though :)

Shelbys sweet and sour veg (recipe below) 2

shelbys sweet and sour veg - Serves 2

1 Jar weight watchers sweet & sour sauce 4
1 Onion 0
1 Large Carrot (blanched) 0
1 Red Pepper 0
6 Mushrooms 0
2 Tomatoes 0
3-5 sprays of fry-light 0

Chop all veg into chunky bite size pieces and soften in pan with the fry-light. Add Jar of WW sauce and simmer for 10-15 mins on a low heat.

Serves 2 as a side dish at 2pts per portion.
