Hi everyone!
Im new to this so hope im doing it correctly!

Ive followed all diets you can imagine but over the past year since I got married my weight has crept up again! My friend at work followed slimming world and looks fab so thought I would give it a go!

So I have started following slimming world from home so thought it would be a good idea to keep a food diary on here and hopefully if im doing it wrong someone can help me and also im hoping it will keep me on track :)

So here is my food diary for the last few days, any comments would be appreciated -

Wednesday
Breakfast -

Lunch -
WW meal - cilli - 8 Syns
Pineapple and grapes
3x Haribo sweets - 2 Syns

Dinner -
Chicken BReasts

Ok now i have got my shopping so I have started properly and will count weekly syns from Fridays!

Spag Bol made with extra lean beef, tomato, onion, pepper and mushroom

Monday-

Jacket Potato and beans with cottage cheese and salad

Chinese Pork Meatballs (2 Syns) with stir fried veg and rice

So far so good - seen some really nice recipes I want to try today - pulled pork, quark and options cheesecake, syn free onions rings, syn free BBQ sauce - will definately be making these in the next couple of weeks.

My shopping list seems to have doubled so trying not to buy everything at once and get a few bits every week as I cant afford it all yet!!

Ive ordered my monthly shop today with lots of slimming world friendly foods :)

Hi Shell, just found your diary as I was looking for some inspiration around EE. Your diary looks very good. I am an old school red and green practitioner with the odd EE. I need to change to make it more user friendly for my family. I have fallen out of range , set my own target of 12'10 and currently 13'5, do it at home in my own. I went off plan too many times through November and it crept up over X mas, never seemed to be a week since when I haven't had a party, leaving do or a celebration that wiped out all my good efforts. I will pop in to take inspiration from your diary if that is ok with you? Mine is under Help, I'm stuck.
