Im new to this so hope im doing it correctly!
Ive followed all diets you can imagine but over the past year since I got married my weight has crept up again! My friend at work followed slimming world and looks fab so thought I would give it a go!
So I have started following slimming world from home so thought it would be a good idea to keep a food diary on here and hopefully if im doing it wrong someone can help me and also im hoping it will keep me on track
So here is my food diary for the last few days, any comments would be appreciated -
Wednesday
