Shini's diary !!

Day6 !!!!!!!!! Wowwwwwwwwww I'm feeling so pleases ive had lots of compliments today, which realy realy made me happy!! Soo I took the kids bowling this evening watched emm eat chips n sip coke lol.. But didn't tink of even cheating instead had a tetra!! Enjoyed it!! Soo good n sooo pleased the compliments are poring in, n it's really motivating me to keep going!! Been told to stop from lots of ppl.. But I'm sooo not ready n I'm going to keep going til my belly goes!! My 3 sections have left me wiv a jelly belly! Lol !!! Oooh well happens I guess ... Hey jeliebabe do not worry Hun u will Defos succeed n achieve ur goal !! Xx

Hey SV I'm still a good stone away from 10st!! But guess wiv height get away wiv it!! My bmi is at 25, but want to get to at least 23, lol wel done on 6th day complete !! Xx

Hey Mrs FB, hope diet is going well !! Thnx u for lovely comments, I've got a hidden belly lol, n I need to get rid of it! So far I have lost 5 stones! N now I'm on last stone!!! But saying that scales have not moved in last 3 days!! Sooo maybe better loss next week!!! Oh I'm sooo not sure about fringe lol been trying to pin it bak!! Lol xx

Also i find that happens to me too. Sometimes scales show im the same all week n i come moaning on here saying im not losing anything! But by the time weigh in comes round i actually lose a few!

Day7!!!!! Complete ... Again has been an extremely busy day. Went to pics wiv kids to watch journey 2 !! In 3d excellent movie me n kids really enjoyed it!! Stuck to water n felt very pleased !! Now just ready for bed !! Lol .... Scales did not move again but not letting it get to me, as still on! So has got to be water retention !!!

Hey mrs FB I must admit have lost a wooping 10lb since last Sunday lol!!! But last two day scales not moved. I'm happy so wil try not to weigh now til next Sunday, little sis's bday tomorw ! But she is not doing anything probarly just meet up at mums!!!! It's kinda sad time at moment as just 16months ago my dad passesd away n on Monday it would have been his 82 b'day !!! Most sadly my brothers wife died of Breast cancer at the age of 32, on my dad's b'day 7years ago!! So we usually have a prayer for her on the 20th... So I'm kinda feeling extremely low!!! Soooo wil update tomorw evening !! Gud luck everyone! Xx

Lost 10lbs !!! From last Sunday -today but scales didn't move today or yeastday .. So happi wiv that won't wi in now till next Sunday !!! U look gorguz n very very slim n sexi Hun!! Is it time u stopped lolxxxx

Lol I'm 5ft 7 and official weight of 11.9! Weigh in tomoz tho so I imagine I'll be about 11.3 ish. What do u weigh now, we're v close I think x
 
Hey yeh Defos close!! I weigh in at 11.3!! I'm aiming for 10st... But mite even stop at 10.7 lol!!!! Yeh but my belly n hips is were my weight is!! U just look so damn perfect !!! Lol no joke xxx
