    Right, I've decided to keep a food diary again too see if it will keep me on track. My weigh in day is a Wednesday and my weight last Wednesday was 9st 2lbs. I would love to get to my goal weight of 8st so going to give it a determined go! My daily points allowance is 18.

    looks like you could do with some more fruit and veg in your diet - bit of salad and maybe some small satsumas to start

    I eat loads of salad and veg. I only put pointed food in my diary.

    Looks a brilliant diary and I am looking for inspiration, can you tell me what sort of breads you use for your fahitas because the best ones I can find are 3 points each. Yours must be much better than mine.

    WW make tortilla wraps that are 1.5 points each, they are lovely!

    Don't seem to have the time to keep up to date with the food diary, hopever still sticking to points so will update soon! xx
