Should I drink all milk allowence?

Ive had one 1a milk and have another a left and have no othjer as apart from milk - should I drink it as I dont want it to affect my loss on thursday

I'm assuming you're on green or original plan - in which case you don't have to have x 2 Hea. .You are supposed to have x 2 HEb but you can have either x 1 or x 2 HEa so don't drink it just for the sake of it.

Don't you like cheese at all? .I can easily use up a Hea serving in a baked spud or just 'as it comes'.
