Should I even count this milk?

I have 3 cups of tea a day at work ( creature of habit you see :)).
I use one of those little milk carton thingies which is 12ml of semi skimmed.
I never have cereal and rarely have any more tea in a day - maybe 1 more with a a little less milk than the 12ml cos i like it almost black. :rolleyes:
My question is should i even count that or have my full HEXA as cheese etc?

i read somewhere on here.. you can mix a hex up so half milk half cheese, but if your just having that much milk you might have to syn it and use he A on something else x

silly question but and idea on syns for - lets say 50ml semi skimmed?

Tea/ coffee with a dash of milk (think it classes it as two TBSP) is 0.5 syns. I would syn the teas and have a full HEX ! x
