Should I run on UD or DD?

Hi guys, I've been running (on and off) for about 2 years now and I've been trying to get back into it over the past few weeks. The problem is that I like to go first thing in the morning, but when I've done a DD the day before it's like I've got no fuel in the tank and it makes me dizzy :(

Obvious answer would be to go on my DD so after having done an UP the day before but running also makes me hungry! So I don't want to make my DD more difficult.

I've been this morning after an UD yesterday and I'm on an UD today as well so that's perfect, but I can't only run once a week lol.

Any other runners out there what do you do? Any advice?

Interesting question as i am just startign JUddd today and I am an avid runnner and run 4 to 5 days a week so I am going to have to run on UD and DD.

I ran this morning on an empty stomache which i always do on friday as i run at 6 15 am will see how the day goes

I am running again tomorrow but i will have breakfast before i run .

But curious as to what other experienced runners do
