Hi guys, I've been running (on and off) for about 2 years now and I've been trying to get back into it over the past few weeks. The problem is that I like to go first thing in the morning, but when I've done a DD the day before it's like I've got no fuel in the tank and it makes me dizzy 
Obvious answer would be to go on my DD so after having done an UP the day before but running also makes me hungry! So I don't want to make my DD more difficult.
I've been this morning after an UD yesterday and I'm on an UD today as well so that's perfect, but I can't only run once a week lol.
Any other runners out there what do you do? Any advice?
