Should I start on Step 2?

Hi all,

I have been looking into starting CWP for a while now.
I currently see a personal trainer 3 times a week so step 1 will not be suitable, do you think I would be ok starting on Step 2?
Does anyone else do a lot of exercise whilst on plan? As previously been advised it's best to lose the fat first then go back to the gym but by doing that I'll also lose muscle mass.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated, I don't want to have to stop the gym.

Oh, I'm 5'4 and not far from 14 stone
