You've only had a couple of 'off' days! If you pull your finger out NOW you can totally turn it around! You could still lose if you try really hard.
Plenty of fruit and veg, bit of exercise every day, plenty of water too...
Read a few diaries or look at the inspirational photo thread on here and try to remind yourself just how much and why you want to lose weight xx

Im going out walking again tonight and have made a sw quiche for dinner with salad.
Im determined to get another 1.5lb this week to get 10lb loss before my hols on friday.
I think Im struggling because money is so tight this month so my cupboards are practically bare. I have no fruit left and the fridge is scarce lol!! x
