you ALL rave about them, i made one and had to spit it out, it was salty and soggy and absolutely V.I.L.E!:jelous:

Good thread! Ive made them a few times but mine look awful and dont taste that good! Maybe its because ive been using a dark brown organic flax.
Pictures and process would be ace!

i bought already ground flax from H&B with an overwheling saleswoman who SWEARS by it!

didnt think to look, but as ground flax its a golden colour?
