shredded wheat?

does anyone know how many syns shredded wheat is?? i dont mean the little ones i mean the ones about the size of weetabix?? can you have them as healthy b??

Hi Laura

You can have 1 Shredded Wheat with 1 Ryvita Breaks as a HE-B according to the EE book. As far as syns go it is 3.5 syns each on both Red and Green days.
