Sick of losing only 1lb a week!

Sick of losing a pound a week? There's a raft of people who'd be down right grateful for that!

I'm the one fronting that raft :)

I'd just like to say that when I made this account I was 9 stone and that was about a year ago, I don't have access to a computer and thy why I have not charged it but I weigh more now, personally I don't see why how much I weigh is a problem anyways

It's does make a diff common sense says really if you have less to lose it will come off slower!

It also makes a difference in that we are here to support healthy weight loss, not weight loss where it APPEARS (due to not updating your statistics) that you were already bordering on anorexic and besides you say you weigh more now which is fine but your target weight is still unhealthily low.

Sorry but you can complain about people criticising your unhappyness about your losses but if you are not going to give the full picture then we will make comments based on the information we have whether that be right or wrong.

And if im not mistaken you were the one who was complaining some time ago about the people in your group being rude to you because you were very slim already when you joined? so you obviously havent gained that much weight have you.

Well I apologise for not being able to update anything as I only have the app an no access to a computer and I didn't even know that anyone could see my stats anyways.

I appreciate that what I put was a bit silly to lose however I feel saying that I would be anorexic is a little bit extreme. At the end of the day the consultant is happy with my target weight which is 8 stone 10 and im sure if there was a problem then she would have said something to me at group

I think its a misconception that the nearer you get to target the slower your losses are, just before I hit my target I had a couple of really good losses 2 and 3.5 lb. Its more to do with people 'relaxing' the plan a bit I found when I had my 6 months 'plateau'

also although I agree with emmababes weight appearing to be on the low side, she made a point about not being happy with her losses and she seems just to have a had a whole bunch of people jumping on her, realistically we're all on here for support and although we may not agree with someones opinion thats what it is, an opinion and everyone is entitled to theirs.

last night a woman in my group 'was upset that she'd only lost 2lb' in her first week, turns out she wasn't doing half the plan, we would all love a pound a week off but sometimes you feel you've worked really hard and deserve more.

good luck emmababes

You may have had a couple of good loses before target but 'generally' it is the case! Hey and you can do the 100% and still have slower loses and it be 'normal' everybody is different!

I wasn't saying it was a problem, just as we see your stats you at 1 stone off an underweight target, so generally when we can see that, kind of make the general assumption that you are trying to lose 1 stone and already weigh a normal weight, and when people are near target MOST people don't tend to lose much.

When I was nearing target week after week I only lost half a pound and was 100% on plan, many weeks I felt cheated because I had been consistently 100% but I stuck to it and got to target eventually. For me it was really slow towards target.
