Finally signed myself up to the gym
Im actually looking forward to getting started now
Well im on day 15, still 100% S/S!
Feeling great, and ive got my wedding day clearly in focus!
Next weigh in is thursday @ 7pm... cant wait!
Can anyone advise what i can do at gym whilst on s/s?
i know i gotta be careful, but not sure why? how? lol
