Had a sneaky weigh in on the bathroom scales and according to them I have gained 2lb this week. I have no idea how accurate they are but it doesn't make me feel great about Wednesdays weigh in! :(

I wish I'd never stood on those darn scales!!! :rolleyes:
 
Awww. Dont go by what your scales say. Your weight could fluctuate by up to 5lbs or so during the day... try not to weigh more than once a week (I should take my own advice!!) drink plenty of water and stick to your points - you'll do it!! xx
 
panic stations today, healthy breakfast and lots of water so far...its easier not to eat when your fingers are crossed for the WI! :D :D
 
try and not worry too much, i never ever ever weigh myself past 9am, if i do then im heavier by a couple of lbs :-( its all water retention during the day! also when you weigh in make sure your bladder is empty as this makes a difference too.

My WW scales are about 3lbs different to mine at home dont worry xx

I had my WI this morning and lost 1lb! :D :D :D

its not much but its way better than I expected for last week so I am delighted!
