Simple but deceptively hard!

How on earth are you meant to make up the soups??

I have just had an explosion of thai chili in my kitchen because I tried to mix it in the shaker to get the lumps out!

i only put a little hot water in to make a paste, then grafually add more(if at work) If im at home I zap the crap out of it with a hand blender!

I bought a blender from Sainsbury's today!! Well, actually, two! One for home and one for work, I had the very same problem this morning!! Blenders only £10 each!
 
I used to mix the powder with a little cold water, then top up with cold water and microwave it. I also added a spoonful of marigold bouillon to some of them to make them a bit tastier and a bit bigger.
 
I whizz with a hand blender - makes em perfect. In fact I have 4 blenders :eek:
 
I mix with a bit of cold water then gradually add boiling water. If at home I just use boiling water and my hand blender. My mum got one from Morrisons that was only £5 and it's better than mine which was £10!!!
