Hi all first day of simple start today, I'm really nervous I'm going to gain weight I've been pp since October, 5lb from goal! The ladies in my group have had some amazing losses (I had my first gain this week only half a pound but I'm devastated, I went ott with food and booze so my own fault) I must say I'm not hungry with this plan but it's only day1... Today I've had porridge with blueberries and banana, 2crumpets with 2 poached eggs, the bake in the bag thing with different veggies and a chicken Brest, blueberries and 0% yogurt, 2 treats being ww cakes
... Water, Caffeine free diet coke and teas and coffees with red milk... Does that sound about right? I'm not sure I quite understand the plan, so nervous! Ekk
