Simplicity plan for 10 weeks

    Sun 27th April starting this plan, my diary to write my feelings and process everyday. Did nearly 3 weeks on lifestyle but was over eating so will try the 4 meal packs instead, what to lose 3 stone.
    Had choc shake, water a coffee and tea. About to start hours of ironing, washing and housework how exciting not lol. Will log my day this evening. Good luck to everyone on your VLCD journey .

    Good luck jewel had pasta carbonara for lunch with shredded lettuce and spring onion to bulk it up was every nice and 1 pt water. Half way through ironing hubby as shirts starched and pressed to every inch of there life's so that took ages lol. Not started on house yet, my day off mons so I like to get everything done sun so can have a lie in mon and do nothing, apart from dog walks. X

    I don't have a hubby but had school uniforms to iron so they're all done as well as bed changes, washing and hoovering. Sitting down with my second shake now, don't remember them tasting as bad as this before lol. I'm tempted to have an egg with salad for dinner instead of a pack but I know I will do better just doing 4 packs. I hate the first few days! x

    Im going to strt doin simplicity frm tomorrow for about two weeks n then once get there going to try to go for another two weeks and so forth....yday was ma bday nt going to stand on scales n tdai was a disaster ?? tmo a new week we can do thia :) xx

    Happy birthday, Birthdays are a day to enjoy, I know it's a pain to get back into the swing of things but birthdays and hols I couldn't stay 100% on track. I'm hoping nothing important pops up for the next 9 weeks I really want to see how much I can lose in that time and I'm desperate to get into ketosis.

    Just dropping by to wish you well Marie. I have planned a zillionth re-start after a lot on self sabotage and I will re-start tomorrow and funnily enough I have set myself 10 weeks with weigh in on 7 July which is first day of school holidays. If I did it before I can do it again. Need a new mantra I think.

    Good luck kira and thanks we are all on a mission, my packs come in a bit can't wait. We will all look so different in 10 weeks, can't wait. Well my hol is 9 weeks away now but this is going to be a life change now not just for my hols or the summer. I went shopping sat and brought some clothes next size down. Hope that wasn't to ambitious lol.

    I thin new clothes in a smaller size are a great motivation. It certainly helped me in the past to stick to plan just need to get my mojo back that i really do want to lose the weight that has crept back up. Have a great and hopefully easy day ladies.

    Good luck Marie, I started s&s lifestyle over Easter (17/4/14) on the lifestyle but have decided to switch it up a bit with simplicity in the week and lifestyle at the weekends (found in the week at work im ok but at the weekend I really wanted to eat, probably just used to easing boredom with food).

    Good luck ladies, keep up the great work. I am on day 9, appetite totally gone and my motivation has finally found me again. It really helped that my first week weigh in was 13lb loss!

    Together we can do this.

    I've switched between the two in the past and I still had losses. I needed the extra for when I had PT sessions. Had to give them up for while due to shoulder injury - yup! From weights!

    My official week 3 weigh in lost another 3.5lb so 17.5lb in three weeks, not as much as some people lose but I'm very happy with that, people are asking me if I've lost weight now. I am eating alittle more around 800 cals but only still the allowed foods protein a little salad and veg. I find I can stick to it then. Had my bar and a shake being really good today as yesterday had 5 food packs.

    That's a great loss Marie! You'e doing very well. Everyone loses at different rates even if they weigh the same at the start and are the same height and stick exactly to plan and I guess that is down to metabolism even with being in ketosis to blast the fat a bit faster. Just keep doing what you are doing and the losses will come each and every week.

    Well done Marie! I agree with Kira I personally lose quite slowly when I step on the scales but, im actually feeling like I have a lot more energy in general(and the gym has become a good friend, probably why I lose slower also) and the measurements are good so that spurs me on. in my opinion 800cal is still in the VLCD, and your losing still, your just adapting the plan to suit yourself.

    I am so not looking forward to this weekend when im faced with going to a bbq just hoping my will power will pull me through not eating everything in sight.
