Body revolution is great, defo not easy though and increases in intensity! I never follow any of the exercise plans properly though I would get too bored so I just use them as workouts as and when I fancy exercising :p

Must look out the USB stick that has it on and give it a try its been months since I last tried any of it!

Yeh most of us on simply filling use that rule if its nutritionally similar and its logical for it to be free then its free in my world ;-) x
 
Thanks! First DVD was fine. I am coping so far! I also struggle to stick to things. But they are great workouts even if its every now and again.my first day back has gone great. I had some snacks which took my daily propoints to 7pp.
 
I don't think there is anything wrong with using 7 weeklies in a day. That's how many a day you are allowed on average and on simply filling you know everything else you are eating is really healthy.

Have you found you are eating any differently since switching back?
