Simply Filling WI RESULT

Well my first week on H&F and I have lost 2lbs and I have also started my TOTM today so not that bad really as I normally gain :)
2-3lb seems to be the average well so I've been reading. Well done you...how did you find it?
I loved it, I was really satisfied and ate less junk food as I was able to eat proper food freely. My fav foods last week were:

Crumpets - had them nearly everyday as a mid afternoon snack as we don't have dinner till 7:30
Jacket potato
Slow cooker stews
Sugarfree jelly and tin peaches
A large bowl of porridge (40g of oats, 275ml of skimmed milk), this is normally too high on points for a breakfast so I normally have oss but it leaves me hungry by 10:30, this lasted me till lunch time
Milky coffee
After a hectic b/day w/e I managed to sts so over the moon about that! Two weeks till my next night out so I'm going to do my very best to shift a few more pounds up till then x
Wow congrats on all your losses. I am starting sf today doing at home myself so I need lots of encouragement. Hope I do as well as u lot !!
