I'm planning in having a sirloin steak with the fat cut off, onions and mushrooms, and baby boiled spuds no butter r sauce- would that be syn free in a restaurant?
hi vm019 don't think it will be free in restaurant the onions and mushrooms are usually either deep fried or cooked in butter, the steak would be ok if it's grilled or cooked on a hotplate using no added oil could u have a salad with it instead and no dressing on the salad
Had the meal and it was gorgeous! The onions etc weren't oily but how many sums do u think I would allow just incase? 4? Picked the healthiest on the menu!
