Sit up challenge

Would anybody be interested in doing a sit up challenge?
I really need to start toning my stomach more, so need to focus more on my Abs.
Was thinking of setting a weekly target?

That's great. I am going to try and do full sit ups so my target will be quite low. So I am aiming to do 25 a day, so my weekly total is going to be 175.
Please do crunches if u prefer.

When I go to the gym I do 3 sets of 10 with a partner throwing the medicine ball, to which I have the throw back at him when I am upright, and that destroys me, so sit up challenge...Hell no!

Good look to all who do it though :)
