I have just realised even more when I have to lose weight. I just tried some size 14 jeans on which have been in wardrope for a while ......... my god they go no where near me! i can't even get them over my chunky thighs now!! What a good way to start the day ha ha x

thats always the prompt for me to loose weight when you pull out a pair of jeans that you havent worn in a while and all you get is muffin top and a zip that wont zip
