Hello everyone
Been looking on for a few weeks and decided to take the plunge.:wave_cry:
Started weight watchers recently after many failed attempts at many diets including cambridge!!!! I have also had success once on a diet and that was weight watchers 10 years ago, lost nearly 5 stone for my wedding!
So decided this is the place to be, joined the gym and eating well and determined to loose it slowly but surely.
I am hoping for 7 pounds per month which willput me somewhere near target for Xmas! This wil do because it has been the same story for the last 7 or so years now and i really need to nip it in the bud before i gain more weight.
It is affecting my life too much now, in many ways which I won't put through yet till I know you all a bit better ha ha x x
Anyway had a really good day today well within points and 45 minutes in the gym all of my 5 a day as well, I'm impressed with myself ha.
Speak soon x x x x
