Skinless chicken thighs

Anyone know if chicken thighs without skin are syns?

Had a couple tonight covered in Cajun and roasted. Then read it on Internet that they were syns is this true? xx

I think it just depends on what plan your on i.e on a green day they may be syned but on EE or red they are free. I think that's right but I am sure someone more knowledgable than me will confirm .

All chickens long as its lean and without the skin is free on EE or Red. Lots of the recipes in the SW books call for thighs or drumsticks.
Be aware of what you read on the net, it can be a fantastic resource but can also give you wrong information.
