    Hiya...

If a medium Costa Coffee skinny caramel latte is 8 syns, can I take 6 syns off that for the milk?... is that a stupid question ?

    Thanks! x

    Hiya,

well its 5 syns for a tall skinny latte in starbucks (free if youre using skimmed milk as your HEA!)

so i guess if you are using milk as your HEA, it would only be around 3 syns if you had the caramel in it aswell? Sounds like an excellent way to use your syns!!!!

Yep I love them! Nothing like a real coffee with syrup :) Don't think it would be worth 8 syns so if I can use my HEA I'm happy :)

yeah im with you there, dont think i could justify 8 syns for it, but 3 doesnt seem so bad! I use my HEA on skinny lattes all the time when we do coffee shop runs in the office! I dont think i could cope without a regular latte fix!!!!
