I'm getting there - slowly but surely

Just got the headache from hell and TOTM so feeling a bit **** at the moment but I'll get over it..

Going to take a 30 min break at 14:30 and have my second shake, so if that makes me feel any better

omg i couldnt even do week 2 have blown it last 5 days lord am still going to weigh in tom to see damage and plan to try again from tom
this nice weather so hard not to eat and drink ( oh god i must not give in so easily
hope u all doing better than me i feels so awful

Nah - I fell off the wagon good and proper, so I have decided to jack it in and do Slimming World instead..

am ok ta apart from bad flu
have stuck to ss for 3 days now again and am off to face the dreaded scales tonite to see if i have put on which i think i have
how r u doing on sw i have tried that so many times too hope ur ok

well i lost 2lbs its a miracle buts its spurred me to keep going

Got WI on Monday so need to have a reasonably good weekend - something unheard of in the Madferret household
