Skipping Meals - is it advisable?

I've been on slimfast now since monday and I am struggling now to finish a meal. Been two nights in a row where I have been unable to finish my food.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Hi sarah - can you tell us what you are eating for your meals? Are they 600 cals or less?

Yeah was a tesco cottage pie and boiled up some carrots and peas. Only ate half. Did a small oven pizza last night, and a bowl of salad, only could manage one slice of pizza but ate the salad no problem.

Had 2 shakes today (breakfast and lunch) and only one snack (sgf choc caramel bar) and don't feel hungry at all. I should be starving!

Rather than skipping meals why not shift them to when you are hungry and maybe skip the snacks instead
