Gosh it's late, I have been doing some work on the laptop and can hardly see now I am sooooooooo tired!
Tea not very exciting but I really enjoyed it ,
2 rashers quorn bacon fried in olive oil, crunchy mixed salad, olives and feta cheese with Mayo
Had just over 3 litres of water today.

B omelette with 1/2 oz cheddar, spinach, dollop of Mayo
L tin salmon with salad, olives and 1oz feta with mayo
Menu same as yesterday but it was yummy!

Morning all
Fried up left over cabbage and put it in cheese omelette for breakfast, strange combination but surprisingly gorgeous!
Sun trying to break through here today, made the mistake of leaving Brolly in car yesterday and got soaked walking from work!

I used to love cabbage fried mixed with scrambled egg and a little garlic... Forgotten I used to make that. And it was delicious.

I love cabbage and going to buy lots for use as noodles and pasta.
