Slight wobble

    I am now on day 6 of the CD. I have done LL before. I have really felt very focussed this time but I think I got myself a bit too comfortable. Last night I had a slight wobble. I am doing SS+ 4 shakes and milk. I had not had all my milk and only 3 shakes. Whilst making pack up for the OH I had a couple of smallish slices of beef. I checked with ketosix this morning and I am still in ketosis but it goes to show I am not out of the woods of temptation yet.

    oooooh yes, you need to be careful. A few slices of meat isn't going to do much harm because it is protein but you dont want to get into the habit of it... bless you!
    It is good that you have recognised that you are tempted but you will get through it x

    ((hugs)) the beef will leave you in ketosis.. but will have given you more calories and fat too.

    Well done for realising your mistake and that you need to be more careful.
