Slim and save soups/ meals vs exante soups

Hi guys n gals

I have 2 weeks of chocolate shakes... Blind order and they are ok but man am I craving savoury!!! Can any advise me on which Diet does best savoury options? Thanks ... Day 2 and tummy is feeling it!! Xx

There are quite a few posts on the Slim and Save forum comparing the two diets. Have only ever done LL and Slima nd Save myself so can't advise you.
