Yaaay, ooo how exciting!!
Literally take it hour by hour, day by day. Distract yourself loads and space out your packs. I always keep a shake to have before bed in the evening and have it hot, so after dinner I don't feel like 'ahhhh I can't have anything!!' It stops me from picking and nibbling because I can still have something. If that makes sense. It is hard, the first few days are the hardest, but after that it truly does get easier and totally worth persevering. Push the hunger pangs to one side and drink lots of water. Remember you're allowed coke zero and dr pepper zero and Ribena plus squash too and sugar free jelly.
