Yaaay, ooo how exciting!!
Literally take it hour by hour, day by day. Distract yourself loads and space out your packs. I always keep a shake to have before bed in the evening and have it hot, so after dinner I don't feel like 'ahhhh I can't have anything!!' It stops me from picking and nibbling because I can still have something. If that makes sense. It is hard, the first few days are the hardest, but after that it truly does get easier and totally worth persevering. Push the hunger pangs to one side and drink lots of water. Remember you're allowed coke zero and dr pepper zero and Ribena plus squash too and sugar free jelly.

Of course. It's so much easier on these forums with the support. Half the time I'm having a browse on here and before I know it half an hours passed and I'm due another shake! It's great for distractions!! Supportive distractions at that!!
Keep your diary going and let us know how you're doing! :) oh I still remember how I felt when my first order arrived!! I was so excited! I read the little booklet front to back and measured myself and just felt so happy to finally take some control and do something about my body. After all no-one else can so this except ourselves.

I know what u mean I'm always browsing on these sites I'm addicted lol but I need to stop reading and do something about it lol I've done every diet possible I'm hoping this is the one that suits me with a quick weight loss xx
