Hello everyone, been lurking for a bit but I started my Cambridge Weight plan this morning :D
I'm 38, weigh 16 st 1lb and waist measures 41. I'm 5'5" and floating around a size 16-18.
Hoping to be into my si 12 jeans by July/August!

You are all inspirational, my first weigh in is 10 days away, hoping for a fantastic result on the scales :p

Hello! Hope you're first few days go well. Stick with it, and remember....its the hardest bit first!

Drink lots of water, as it'll help keep the headache away. Good luck!

Day 3 now, and I was thoroughly expecting to have felt hungry and to feel a bit crap generally but other than being a bit more tired than usual I feel great! I have a porridge for breakfast, a shake for lunch and soup for dinner. My first weigh in is this time next week, I've had to work it round my shifts at work so it'll be 10 days since I started so I'm hoping for a good result :)
Its really inspiriational reading about everyones successes, I hope to be adding my name to the roll of honour lol;)

Remember - The more you drink, the more you shrink!!!!

Keep at it, the first week is definitely the toughest, but as long as you can put mind over matter, you'll do fine.
Im a shift worker too, which makes it slightly trickier, but just make sure you stick to the diet, and you can't fail!
