slim fast bar in exante diet?

Hi everyone, R we allowed to eat slim fast bar's in exante diet? As I hate exante bar's and can't stand those.

You can have the Asda Measure Up meal replacement bars, the Tesco Ultra Slim meal replacement bars or the Biggest Loser meal replacement bars.

I think the Slim Fast bars are snack bars and not meal replacements? I think they are also full of sugar. As far as I know the three listed above are the only proper alternatives to the Exante bars.

Thanks for the information, but I had one today sadly :-( you think it gonna mess up my dieting? You r right it's full of sugar...O GOD :-(
