Hello, not new to minimins, Lost 2 stone on weight watchers in 8ish months, getting to a low weight of 10stone 13lbs...since went off the rails, tried calorie counting, tried going back to ww, and I just can't get back into the way of it.

So here I am with slim fast :) I always was previously against the idea of meal replacement, as people tell me 'you will gain it allll back again' stories but I feel right now I need a new plan, with strictness and eliminate some of the freedom i have with ww an cc...I'm the type of person give me a inch intake a mile..... I'm hoping this will work for me and I can finally get to goal.

First goal get back into the 10's! Think I'm about 11 stone 7 at the moment :/

Looking forward to starting tomorrow :)

Ok so weighed in this morning for my starting weight...11 stone 6lbs so that's half a stone gain since I got to my low weight of 10 stone 13 booo!!! :/

I normally weigh in on Fridays so I will weigh again next Friday, I'd love to see 3lb off as its my first week and all that
