Slim for the summer??

Not posted for a couple of days, things took a wee turn for the worse this weekend! Lol. When I look at it written down it doesn't seem to bad oh but when I think about what I've had I'm dreading the WI on Tuesday!!

Let's start with Saturday

Breakfast:
Activia yoghurt (1/2)
Banana and pear(SF)

Lunch:
Chicken mug shot (F)
Pear (SF)
lemon hifi bar (hexb)

Dinner, well I was supposed to be having chow mein, however ended up at a wee 70th party at my aunts. Resisted most of the buffet n had what I thought was a bowl of plain boiled rice, but it seems it may have been veetee rice which would have been about 2.5 syns. I also had 8 or 9 ribs in a Chinese zizi sauce, about or maybe just less than a takeaway portion but who knows. On top of this I had a glass of white wine which I topped up with full fat lemonade- this part I'm angry about!

Today I started well and had good intentions,

Breakfast:
Activia yoghurt (1/2)
Watermelon (SF)

Lunch:
2 wholemeal nimble (hexb)
4 dairylea light triangles (hexa)
Spring onions (SF)
Strawberries n kiwi (SF)
Walkers French fries (4)

Dinner:
Takeaway beef chow mein (8.5) :(
Prawn crackers :( :( :(

Felling disappointed with myself but left speed soup out the freezer for tomorrow so I hope I can pull it back :)
 
Can't believe how much I feel I've let myself down having that Chinese, it wasn't even that good, ggrrr. I know I'm back on track in the morning but still feel its a weeks work down the drain. Appointment with davina at 9 me thinks!!!
 
Well done aerobic fit and kick fit with davina this morning. I'm still not sure what to do about this exercise thing, it doesn't feel right not doing any, so I'll prob just carry on.

Speed soup (SF)

Later:
2 wholemeal nimble (hexb)
4 dairylea light (hexa)
Cucumber (SF)
Banana (SF)

2 grilled pork medallions (F)
Broccoli & cauliflower (SF)
Egg fried rice made with fry light, egg mushrooms and onions, soy sauce ( 1 cause I used veetee basmati rice)

Snacks: walker French fries (4)

Weigh in tomorrow, *chews knuckles*
 
Your like me, I haven't been doing much exercise and I'm still losing weight, just goes to show what you were eating before must have been too much or too bad for you so exercise doesn't really count lol, that's fine by me :) am starting to go swimming next week though!
 
Also meant to say don't feel bad about that Chinese! You didn't go hugely over on syns and I always allow myself one treat dinner a week :) xx
 
Thanks, it wasnt so much the chow mean, more the free prawn crackers you get wi every meal. Wine for weigh in tonight and a half off, bit dubious though, it sat the same, then at the last minute a 1/2 just disappeared, not that I'm complaining, lol.


Think my aim for this week is 1. No weighing myself before class next week, 2. More walking but no high impact just now, think its best to build up to this over time. A downfall of mine is always trying too much too soon and 3 get at least a 1/2lb off for a 1/2 stone award.

Dinner:
After weigh in, pot noodle sticky rib (6)
Lemon hifi bar (HEXB)

No hexa, I struggle with this as don't take milk in tea or coffee and don't really eat cereal. Going to try more things with perhaps various cheeses as opposed to just dairy lea, we'll see. Lol

And off we go with another week on the slimming world road...............
 
Yesterday was a good day, just didn't get a chance to update. Took stairs at work again, it's getting easier, lol. Managed to get out for a power walk last night, not sure how far it is but it took 30 min, so going to aim for that 4 times this week.

Breakfast:

Lunch:
Speed soup (SF)
Banana (SF)

Dinner:
Chicken fried rice with mushrooms and onions, all fried in fry light so FREE

Snacks:
Munched on small chopped celery pieces throughout the day (SF)
Mint hifi bar (hexb)
8 slices wafer thin ham (F) spread with 4 dairylea light (hexa) and wrapped round a stick of cucumber (SF). I call these sandwiches without the bread.

All in all I felt I ate loads but I feel good today n right up for it, oops should have also said I drank 2 litres of water, 3 cups peppermint tea, 5 black coffees.
 
Another day of using the stairs and a 30 minute power walk, still feeling really good, hoping to pull a good weight loss this week, by this I mean 2-2.5lbs.

Vodka & diet redbull (2.5)

Off to maccy d's today for a kids birthday party, going to be hard to say no to anything but as I'm wanting a good weight loss this week, as I'm holidaying in 7 then I might be alright!!!! Check back later to see, lol ;-)

Managed a 30 minute power walk with a mix up of running :)

Kept some of the burger mix to make mini burgers tomorrow n doing SW pakora for our mothers day buffet.
 
Forgot to say, had nothing at McDonald's just black coffee even tho my DH insisted having a bacon n egg mcmuffin and hash brown. Then 1/2hr later says he thinks he could go a quarterpounder with cheese!! Where he puts it I have no idea. Really proud of myself!
 
Thanks hun, been really busy not been on plus weathers picking up, up here so busy walking n tidying the garden for summer. Just a quick check in on everyone, lol!!!

Lost 2lbs at WI last tuesday n got my first 1/2 stone award. 8.5lbs in 6 weeks so really pleased.

Well done on the weight loss, i hit my stone award today :) so really happy about that! Hope you had a lovely weekend in the sun, i was working most of it, the joys of retail lol, but hope to get some on Friday on my day off!
